Responsibilities Coordinate and organize meetings for the Regional Grid Development Sounding Board, including agenda management, meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-up. Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, distribution system operators, and management. Support data management activities through Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, linking, filtering, reporting, and dashboard preparation. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of high-level workload planning. Support Grid Developers with project documentation, including project scoping documents and long-term study budgets. Monitor action lists, requests from external stakeholders, and improve data quality across various business processes. Prepare and format external documentation while ensuring consistency and quality. Qualifications Previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) , Project Coordination, or Project Support role. Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while taking initiative. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Advanced knowledge of: Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Word Power BI is considered a strong advantage. Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, or project administration is highly desirable. Mandatory Dutch and French speaker.
