Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead and support key projects that cut across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Product, Editorial, Strategy, Tech, and Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for being “the glue” that holds projects together, driving progress, and creating efficiency across a variety of initiatives, including end-to-end delivery, developing company communications and materials (such as all-hands presentations and reporting), and developing and implementing new systems. Responsibilities: Build and manage clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives Run efficient, outcome-focused meetings that drive decisions and accountability Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment Create high-quality materials, including presentations, briefs, project updates, company-wide communications, all-hands materials, and reporting Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Support end-to-end delivery of projects, stepping in wherever needed to ensure success We are a small agile team so the successful candidate would be expected to be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, be willing to muck in whatever the task and have a no job is too big/too small attitude. Knowledge and Experience We are seeking a collaborative, driven, and detail-oriented individual who can bring structure, energy, and strategic thinking to our business challenges. We are looking for someone who - Is excited about the media & entertainment industry and eager to contribute to a growing streaming platform. Brings fresh perspectives, ideas, and expertise from previous experiences to strengthen our team. Is curious about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and excited to identify opportunities to use AI tools. We appreciate new insights that help us grow and improve. Is a "doer" who thrives in project management—able to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget while working effectively with senior stakeholders. You may not have held a formal Project Manager title, but you’re known for driving projects forward and being the person your colleagues want on their side. Is skilled at creating clear, compelling materials, including high-impact presentations, reporting, and executive communications for various audiences. Is a strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex information into clear messaging, able to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Advocates for and excels in running efficient, productive meetings that drive results. Is comfortable working with and supporting senior leadership, able to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams. Is willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success and has zero ego. Embraces being a team player wholeheartedly. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure Approaches work with kindness, respect, and curiosity. Experience in consulting, business development, product or a background in subscription services, tech, startups, agencies, or other fast-paced environments, is a plus. Salary Range: $90-100K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.
