Position: Project Manager – Customer Implementations

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Remote position/work from home)

Position Summary

The Project Manager leads Medius implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and beyond. This is a customer-facing role: the Project Manager owns the project plan, manages the implementation, and is the primary point of contact for customers on project status during and after implementation. The role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, the ability to think in processes and workflows, and to manage multiple projects under pressure. An understanding of financial accounting and accounts payable processes is a strong advantage.

Major Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan for Medius implementations, including timeline, milestones, resources, and budget.

• Manage the implementation from kickoff through go-live, coordinating internal consultants and technical resources.

• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project; run kickoff, status, and steering meetings.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to customers and management.

• Meet with clients to gather and document requirements, and translate them into a plan of action.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and escalations; liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.

• Lead go-live planning and post-go-live (hypercare) support, and manage a structured handover to the support team.

• • Maintain the customer relationship after implementation: follow up on project outcomes, respond to feedback, and recommend improvements.
