This role requires strong organizational, communication, and people management abilities. You’ll work closely with designers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: ● Act as a bridge between clients, designers, and internal teams ● Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables ● Track project progress and ensure milestones are met ● Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare reports ● Ensure clarity of requirements and expectations with designers ● Handle client communication with professionalism and promptness ● Coordinate feedback loops and ensure revisions are delivered on time ● Support the team in resource planning and task allocation Key Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in any management discipline ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities ● Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset ● Ability to manage deadlines and handle pressure calmly ● Basic understanding of design processes is a plus (not mandatory) ● Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, or Notion is an advantage ● Team player with strong interpersonal skills
