This includes deployment readiness planning, transition to operations and post-implementation handoff processes. Supports business case delivery by tracking expected outcomes, benefits, risks, assumptions, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Monitors project financials, including forecasts, budgets, variances, and required corrective actions, where applicable. Promotes knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and project management best practices to support continuous improvement across the PMO.
