We are looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Lisbon, Portugal to drive the delivery of key Projects.

What you'll do:

• Close monitoring of Projects to ensure that we remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Clarify specific requirements of project
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties
• Track the progress, report advancement and results, raise alerts if necessary
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Draft contracts, planning and specifications
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Communicate and coordinate with many teams across the world
• Track Project performance
• Meet budgetary objectives

Who you are:

• At least 5 years’ experience on Project Management
• Excellent communication and listening skills, negotiation skills
• Cultural sensitivity and comfortable with a global and very diverse company
• Very proficient in MS Office, especially skilled in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Structured thinking and heavy attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
• Self-starter, takes ownership, and delivers with minimal supervision
• Able to travel as required (<10% of time)
