It is to this end that CompassMSP is looking to expand our Project Management team, to better support and empower our technical teams to execute and deliver. As a Technical Project Manager at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions while meeting client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and project timelines. Qualifications Include: 5 or more years’ experience in an IT and/or Telecom Project Management Role– preferred Technical experience implementing and supporting IT and/or Telecom Solutions – preferred Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong collaboration and customer service skills Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers Self-directed and focused Strong problem solving and planning skills Highly detail-conscious Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to work with remote teams Strong customer service skills Deadline driven Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.) Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities, and can communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and vendors.
