Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, remote based role, responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering digital and creative projects for clients. This role oversees project timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring that web development, automation, marketing, and media initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, align stakeholders on requirements, manage risks and issues, and coordinate with internal teams such as developers, designers, marketers, and support staff. Day-to-day tasks include tracking progress, maintaining documentation, preparing status reports, and ensuring quality standards are met from initiation through delivery. The role also involves fostering clear communication with clients, aligning project outcomes with their mission, and supporting continuous improvement in project processes.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, materials, and project milestones.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality control practices, and adherence to agreed project standards.
• Background in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present updates and negotiate changes clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with digital, software, or creative production workflows; experience in faith-based or non-profit settings is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
