Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software delivery engagements within an IT services environment. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed fixed-cost software projects, possess strong technical understanding, and have significant experience working with banking and financial services clients. This role requires excellent customer management, delivery governance, and team leadership skills. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects. Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead fixed-cost/fixed-bid project execution while ensuring profitability and delivery commitments. Prepare project plans, resource plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies. Work closely with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical alignment and successful execution. Monitor project health through regular governance, status reporting, and milestone tracking. Manage customer communication, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting. Handle scope management, change requests, and commercial discussions. Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and organizational quality processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Support. Drive continuous process improvement and delivery excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are desirable. Essential skills Strong understanding of software architecture and modern application development. Excellent project planning, estimation, budgeting, and resource management skills. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies. Strong stakeholder and client management capabilities. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
