Project Manager

As a Project Manager based in Melbourne , you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects , from pre-sales support through deployment. Key responsibilities include: Working closely with regional Sales teams to understand customer needs, present Vusion solutions and define project requirements. Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Managing project scope, planning, budget, risks and deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards. Acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating technical, integration and installation topics. Coordinating customer deployments and performing hands-on installation and configuration of Vusion solutions in stores when required. Monitoring project progress and providing clear reporting, escalating risks or issues when necessary. Ensuring successful project handover and contributing to continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices. You bring: An engineering degree or equivalent technical background, ideally in IT, electronics, telecommunications or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Delivery or a similar customer-facing technical role. The technical ability to install, configure and troubleshoot solutions on customer sites, with a hands-on approach when required. Experience managing customer projects from planning through deployment and coordinating cross-functional teams. Strong customer management, communication and problem-solving skills in an international environment. The ability to take ownership, manage increasing complexity and grow into a Program Management role in the short to medium term. Experience in Retail Technology, IoT, SaaS or Digital Transformation is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certification is a plus.
