Collaborating with operational, engineering, customer, finance, and commercial teams to successfully implement new customer solutions and business improvements. Developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing risks, and resolving issues before they impact project delivery. Engaging with customers and key stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting warehouse transformations, process improvements, automation initiatives, network changes, and operational start-ups across the supply chain. Leading cross-functional project teams, driving engagement, managing change, and ensuring successful business benefit realisation. ✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Previous experience in Supply Chain Project Management is essential , with a proven track record of delivering complex logistics or operational projects - Essential Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP- Essential Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management experience. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Experience delivering operational change, continuous improvement, automation, warehouse solutions, or customer implementations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ✅ WHY JOIN US?
