ABOUT THE CAM COLLECTIVE The CAM Collective (TCC) is a specialized advisory and operations firm focused on community association management (CAM) transitions. We work with sellers, buyers, and management companies to ensure seamless, data-driven deal closings across a growing national portfolio. Our team moves fast, operates with precision, and is building the infrastructure to scale. THE ROLE We are looking for a highly organized, client-facing Project Manager to join our CAM Operations team. You will own the full lifecycle of 4–5 concurrent small deals at any given time, serving as the primary point of contact for both sellers and clients from kickoff through closing. This role sits at the center of everything — coordinating communication, driving timelines, and partnering with our Data & Automation team to ensure every deal closes on time and on standard. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage 4–5 active deals simultaneously on a rolling 60-day close cycle Serve as the primary contact for sellers throughout the deal process: Deliver status updates, document requests, and closing notices Manage seller expectations and resolve issues proactively Coordinate all client-facing communication and reporting: Prepare and deliver deal milestone reports Issue client notices at required deal stages Escalate material issues to the TAAS Director Partner with the Sr. Data Integration & Automation Manager to submit and track data transformation requests for each deal Maintain accurate deal records, timelines, and status logs in the team's project management system Participate in team process improvement as we build and refine our automation tooling Contribute to onboarding documentation as the team scales 5+ years of project management or operations experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across multiple entities simultaneously 3+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm with client-facing engagement delivery 3+ years of experience in rollup, tuck-in, or platform acquisition environments, with fluency in the operational patterns, entity structures, and integration challenges that come with scaling through M&A Strong data management background, with hands-on experience handling sensitive, high-volume records across disparate systems and entity structures Demonstrated ability to standardize, migrate, and reconcile data sets during periods of organizational integration or transition Exposure to building or refining operational playbooks and SOPs, particularly in the context of scaling or integrating newly acquired entities Strong communicator who can bridge operational and strategic conversations — translating between what's happening on the ground at an acquired entity and what leadership needs to see Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where org structures, systems, and processes are still being defined or consolidated Strong written and verbal communication skills — you write clear, professional client-facing correspondence Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar) Familiarity with community association management, HOA operations, or property management is a strong plus Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered $120,000 - $150,000 base salary annually 8–10% annual performance bonus Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) Remote-friendly work environment Direct exposure to a scaling operations team building real automation infrastructure Clear growth path as deal volume and team expand To apply, submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing a time you managed multiple concurrent projects under deadline pressure.
