Opportunity Overview

Our client is a fast-growing production and creative agency delivering social and influencer content for major international brands, including a large-scale global partnership currently underway. As the business scales, they need an experienced resource manager to keep capacity planning ahead of demand and resolve booking conflicts across account teams.

Role Description

As Project Manager, you will own and run the agency's resourcing and booking platform day to day, keeping visibility on capacity across all account teams. You will manage team workloads, resolve booking conflicts, and push back on senior stakeholders when priorities or capacity clash. The role sits at the centre of the agency's delivery model, so exact scope and reporting lines will be confirmed with the client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership - Own and run the agency's resourcing and booking platform on a daily basis.
• Capacity Management - Manage team capacity across account teams as workloads shift.
• Conflict Resolution - Resolve booking conflicts between competing account team demands.
• Stakeholder Pushback - Push back on senior stakeholders when capacity or priorities clash.
• Forward Visibility - Keep resource allocation visible and ahead of demand as the agency scales.

Minimum Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
• Resourcing Experience - 6+ years of resource or traffic management experience in an agency or production environment.
• Platform Ownership - Hands-on experience running a resourcing or booking platform end to end.
• Stakeholder Confidence - Senior enough to hold your ground with account leads and senior stakeholders.
• Capacity Judgement - Comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders when priorities or capacity clash.

Bonus Qualifications

• Sector Experience - Experience in social-first or creative production agencies.
• Resourcing Tools - Familiarity with resourcing tools such as Float or Resource Guru.
