Project Manager

Role Description This contract Project Manager role at Deggan is a hybrid position based in Depok, with a combination of on-site work and some work from home. The Project Manager coordinates project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing expediting activities, managing logistics and inspections, monitoring project risks and issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating progress to stakeholders, and implementing corrective actions when needed to keep projects on track.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project performance.
• Strong background as an Expeditor with hands-on Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards to verify compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Experience in Logistics Management, including coordination of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic office software; familiarity with industry-specific systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
