WHAT YOU WILL DO: Take full accountability for delivering projects on time, on scope, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Select a project management approach (e.g., predictive, agile, or hybrid) depending on any given project’s goals and context: contract terms, client expectations, deliverables, etc. Facilitate the full range of Agile ceremonies — Daily Synchronizations, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives — to ensure a "Done," potentially releasable increment every iteration. Partner with the Product Manager to refine and maintain the Product Backlog with clearly defined, testable acceptance criteria. Champion modern AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Google Gemini) in your own workflow and oversee the team's efficient use of mandated AI software. Identify individual strengths and weaknesses to optimize task distribution. Provide detailed weekly status reports to the Management Information System (MIS) covering budget progress, scope status, and quality metrics. Move seamlessly between project variants — Staff Augmentation, Software Solution Delivery, or Consulting — depending on business needs and contract terms with our clients. Coordinate and execute estimation, budget planning and budget tracking activities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in a professional software development environment. Deep understanding of Agile principles and the judgment to apply the right framework (Scrum, Kanban, or Lean) to a project's complexity — including QA fundamentals and enforcement of a strict Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD). Strong skills in stakeholder communication, negotiation, cross-functional issue management, managing budgets, and data-driven planning using Velocity, Cycle Time, and Lead Time. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
