We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee installation operations and support the successful execution of projects across our growing business. Position Summary The Construction Manager is a key member of the operations team responsible for overseeing the installation and completion of construction projects. This role works closely with the Executive Vice President of Operations, company leadership, project managers, and installation contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specification. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong construction management experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct a network of installation contractors across multiple projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with project specifications and customer expectations. Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Operations and project management team to coordinate installation activities and project execution. Monitor project progress and proactively address field issues, scheduling challenges, and contractor performance. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to direct reports. Partner with internal teams and contractors to resolve construction site issues and installation concerns. Manage and negotiate warranty-related matters to achieve timely and effective resolutions. Support project estimating activities as needed. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the construction process. Coordinate design-related activities and project resources. Estimate project timelines, labor requirements, and resource needs. Maintain strong working relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Three to five years of construction management, construction development, or related experience. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities. Self-starter with strong independent decision-making skills. Proven organizational and time management capabilities. Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
