Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Project Managers and IT Project Managers to support cross-functional teams and ensure seamless execution of project workflows using Azure DevOps. This role is pivotal in driving team alignment, maintaining visibility into progress, and fostering consistent project management practices. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator with strong communication skills, capable of facilitating stand-ups and meetings, identifying blockers, and keeping stakeholders informed through clear reporting. This position is a night shift work-from-home position with a usual schedule of 9am EST - 6pm EST.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and department-specific task boards using Azure DevOps
• Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple teams to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines
• Support development teams by facilitating stand-ups, meetings, and follow-ups
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, maintaining smooth communication and progress tracking
• Ensure team boards are up to date and clearly reflect current priorities and status
• Assist in planning, deployment, and handover of completed work, including documentation and scheduling
• Help identify risks, delays, and blockers, and work with leaders to resolve them
• Prepare simple reports and updates for management on team/project progress
• Champion consistency in work management practices and drive team collaboration
• Guide teams in applying basic Agile principles to improve workflow and delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Legal Studies, or related field—or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Azure DevOps, as well as others like Jira, Trello, or similar task boards
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) / Very Strong Communication (American accent is a plus)
• Comfortable working full-time on a night shift schedule
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks
• Background supporting US-based clients or distributed teams
• High Ownership; Cross-functional Technical Fluency; Experience Risk Management Practices and Operating in Fast-Paced Environments

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous experience working on a night shift and remote setup
• Has experience coordinating and delivering key cross-functional business initiatives at a high-level of impact and ownership
• Scrum Master or PMP-related certification/training
