Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Project Manager role.

The Project Manager will:

• Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution for content and influencer marketing initiatives, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources across internal teams and external partners
• Responsibilities include managing project scopes, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Close collaboration with operations, logistics, and content teams to streamline workflows, as well as regular reporting on project performance
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by documenting best practices and optimizing project management frameworks
• Conduct video editing where required for assigned projects
• Manage social media and email outreach, reply and coordination

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
• Candidates should have expediting skills to follow up on tasks, materials, and milestones and ensure timely delivery
• Candidates should possess strong observation skills to review deliverables, verify quality, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Well-written and spoken English
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Google Sheets, Capcut
• A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, prior experience is not necessary, detailed onboarding, resources and materials will be provided.
