We are looking for an Amazing: Project Manager
Seniority: +3 years
Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)
The amazing you, will have:
- 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Experience managing software development or IT projects.
- Ability to define project scope, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience identifying and managing project risks, dependencies and issues.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience monitoring project progress, budgets and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):
- PMP, PRINCE2, PSM or similar certification.
- Experience working with international teams or clients.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Previous experience in IT consulting environments.
