Mission
Insparya is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our technology projects and own the direction of the digital products used by our patients, referral partners and internal teams across Portugal, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
In this role, you'll work between the business and the technology team: gathering requirements from our departments, translating them into clear priorities, and making sure what gets built is what the business needs. You'll manage delivery across concurrent projects and coordinate with the external vendors who supply our clinical and operational systems. You'll report to the Head of Technology and work alongside our engineers and data analyst.
This is a fully remote position within Portugal, with two in-person team days per month.
Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for our patient application, referral partner application and supporting back offices.
- Gather and validate requirements with clinical, commercial, and operational teams across our markets.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and manage delivery across concurrent projects, including scope, dependencies, and timelines.
- Prioritize work in agreement with the Head of Technology and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors on requirements, delivery and issue resolution.
- Document business rules, processes and decisions so knowledge stays within the team.
- Run testing and validation with business users before release.
- Report on progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or equivalent in software delivery.
- Proven experience owning a backlog and prioritizing competing demands from multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to write clear specifications and acceptance criteria that engineers can work from.
- Experience working with non-technical business stakeholders and translating between them and technical teams.
- Sufficient technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations and data flows with engineers.
- Experience coordinating external software vendors.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital products, mobile applications, or e-commerce.
- Background in healthcare, clinics or another regulated environment.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
- Comfort working with data and reporting to support decisions.
- Experience in multi-market or multi-language environments.
- Effective use of AI-assisted tools in day-to-day work.
- Self-driven, able to work independently and take ownership of complex problems.
