Is this job info correct?
Location: Remote – UK, with travel as required

As our new Project Manager – Inventory Solutions, you'll take ownership of customer projects from initial concept through to successful implementation and closure. You'll lead projects including inventory solution installations, improvements and exits, bringing together teams from across Cromwell to ensure we deliver the right solution for each customer – on time, within scope and budget, and right first time.

Reporting to the Customer Implementations and Projects Manager, you'll be at the centre of complex, cross-functional projects, creating clear plans, managing risks and resources, and keeping colleagues and customers aligned throughout delivery. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and seeing projects through from an idea to a successful outcome for the customer.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Inventory Solutions customer projects from concept through to implementation, handover and closure, including installations, solution improvements and exits.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, documentation, resources, timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Bring together cross-functional project teams, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and delivers against agreed objectives.
  • Identify, manage and communicate project risks, issues and dependencies, taking appropriate action to keep delivery on track.
  • Work with relevant teams to define the right customer solution while evaluating commercial viability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Review project outcomes, capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to continuously improve our project delivery processes.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle from planning to successful closure.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, risks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt plans when challenges arise.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • The flexibility to travel to customer and Cromwell locations when required.

Knowledge of Cromwell's operational processes would be advantageous, particularly where you've worked with customer implementations, inventory solutions or projects involving multiple operational teams.

What's in it for me?

  • A competitive salary alongside inclusion into our company bonus scheme. Our Cromwell Incentive Plan reinforces our key principle of winning as one team and sharing in our success.
  • Enhanced employer pension contribution.
  • Our Private Medical Insurance offers eligible team members the ability to access a broad range of treatments quickly when they need it the most.
  • 20 days annual leave entitlement plus Bank Holidays, with the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity pay to support you and your family during life's important moments.
  • A company-funded Healthcare Cash Plan, giving you access to everyday healthcare benefits.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), providing confidential support whenever you need it.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your continued career development.
