Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization for integration and commercial technology initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into actionable requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings to gather and refine business needs. Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business specifications. Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization. Facilitate alignment and communication between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors. Support demand intake, business impact assessments, backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation activities. Assist with testing and user acceptance activities, ensuring requirements traceability, solution validation, and business readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps, workflow diagrams, traceability matrices, UAT materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts to support successful delivery and transition to internal teams.
