L’Association ELIVA (Genève) lance officiellement son équipe pilote ! Notre mission d'utilité publique : offrir des programmes d'accompagnement (coaching, mentorat, compétences numériques etc..) aux personnes en transition professionnelle ou en recherche d’emploi.
💡 Notre modèle innovant : Nous proposons des services à forte valeur ajoutée aux professionnels et aux entreprises, et 100 % de nos excédents financent directement nos parcours d'accompagnement solidaires. Un modèle d’économie circulaire appliqué à l’humain.
Pour propulser ce projet, nous recherchons nos 4 talents bénévoles (4h/semaine, télétravail complet, horaires libres) :
🎯 1. Responsable Partenariats & Prospection (Corporate)
- Votre mission : Ouvrir des portes stratégiques. Vous déployez nos campagnes d'approche (LinkedIn/E-mail) auprès des DRH et décideurs pour faire connaître nos services payants.
- Profil : Tempérament commercial, à l'aise sur LinkedIn, sens du contact.
🧠 2. Formateur & Coach en Transition Professionnelle
- Votre mission : Être au cœur de l'impact social. Vous animez nos ateliers collectifs à distance (CV, personal branding) et accompagnez nos bénéficiaires vers le retour à l'emploi.
- Profil : Expérience en RH, recrutement, ou coaching de carrière certifié.
🎨 3. Chargé de Communication & Digital
- Votre mission : Donner une voix et une vitrine à notre cause. Vous concevez nos visuels et planifiez 1 à 2 publications clés par semaine sur nos réseaux.
- Profil : Créatif(ve), maîtrise de Canva et des réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn).
🛠️ 4. Secrétaire Général (SG) / Administrateur Réseau
- Votre mission : Le chef d'orchestre administratif. Vous organisez notre Google Drive, gérez la boîte mail générique et suivez la facturation pour fluidifier le travail de toute l'équipe.
- Profil : Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), attrait pour la gestion associative.

To drive this vision, we are looking for 4 volunteer talents (4 hours/week, 100% remote, work whenever you want):
🎯 1. Partnership & Outreach Lead (Corporate)
- Your mission: Drive our financial engine. You deploy outreach campaigns (LinkedIn/E-mail) to HR directors and corporate decision-makers to present our premium services.
- Profile: Business development mindset, comfortable with LinkedIn, strong communication skills.
🧠 2. Career Coach & Trainer
- Your mission: Deliver our social impact. You facilitate online workshops (CV optimization, personal branding) and support our beneficiaries on their path back to employment.
- Profile: Experience in HR, recruiting, or certified career coaching.
🎨 3. Communication & Digital Specialist
- Your mission: Be the voice and face of ELIVA. You design clean visuals and schedule 1 to 2 engaging social media posts per week.
- Profile: Creative, proficient with Canva, and passionate about community building (LinkedIn).
🛠️ 4. Secretary General (SG) / Operations Administrator
- Your mission: The behind-the-scenes conductor. You manage our Google Drive, handle the main inbox, and track basic invoicing to keep the entire team organized.
- Profile: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with an interest in nonprofit administration.
