Project Manager CEO Office (f/m/d)

Positioned directly within the CEO Office of the Heitkamp & Thumann Group, this role focuses on leading group-wide strategic projects, financial performance initiatives, and corporate transformation workstreams. Serving as a trusted project lead and analytical partner to the CEO, you will translate strategic group goals into tangible results across our international entities.

What You Can Expect

• Lead strategic and operational projects in corporate development, performance management, and digital transformation.
• Develop executive decision papers, board presentations, business cases, and management reporting models.
• Steer international project workstreams across business units in Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Drive digital finance, and automated reporting solutions using Power BI and AI tools.
• Track strategic milestones and report progress directly to the CEO and other Group Executives

Your Profile

• Education: Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.A./MBA) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven track record in management consulting (Top-Tier / Big 4 / Strategy Boutique), corporate development, or strategic controlling.
• Skills: Excellent financial & controlling background, financial modeling, M365 excellence (Excel, Power BI), AI affinity.
• Mindset & Mobility: High proactive drive, independent execution, fluent in English & German, mobile with valid driver's license.
