Monitor adoption metrics and report to leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager with enterprise-scale change management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work with application owners and technical teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ServiceNow CMDB preferred.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with IT systems and enterprise applications.
Change management certification desirable.
