Lead Consultants is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and work directly with clients on projects across Australia.
📍 Gold Coast or Brisbane office, or remote-based in Perth or Townsville

THE OPPORTUNITY
Exciting opportunity to work directly with clients while managing diverse projects across Australia as part of a senior-led team of client-side Project Managers with flexible office locations and remote working options considered. The role offers exposure to impactful projects in aged care, health, education, Indigenous housing, community infrastructure and regional development, including work in remote and Aboriginal communities across Australia.
This role is best suited to someone confident and experienced in working and communicating with clients directly.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Experience across client-side, consultancy, contractor or developer-side projects, ideally with 5+ years in project management.
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise, adapt and think clearly under pressure.
• Experience managing projects through planning, design, procurement and construction.
• Experience delivering projects in regional and remote locations.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, including consultation, stakeholder engagement and culturally informed project delivery.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive infrastructure outcomes will be highly regarded.
• Willingness and ability to undertake interstate and remote travel.
