Join our team as the Project Manager, OSO Data Migration & Integrations, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical data migration, data remediation, and systems integration workstreams within the landmark 2030: Our Spatial Odyssey (OSO) program. You will lead the successful planning and execution of activities that support the implementation of the ArcGIS platform and the broader uplift of geospatial capabilities across the organisation. Working collaboratively with program stakeholders, technical teams, and business leaders, you will drive delivery outcomes aligned to key transition phases, ensuring data quality, integration readiness, and seamless business transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven record in complex technology, data, or transformation programs to contribute to a strategic initiative that will shape the future of spatial capability and innovation. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex data migration and systems integration projects by developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and delivery activities. Drive project governance, risk, and change management processes. Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across business, technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure requirements are understood, agreed, and successfully delivered. Manage vendor engagement, procurement, and financial performance by overseeing third-party suppliers, contract administration, project expenditure, and financial reporting Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement and contributing to effective program governance, and championing Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) principles throughout project delivery. Skills & Experience Proven project management expertise delivering complex projects involving data migration, systems integration, and enterprise technology initiatives. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor performance. Comfortable talking to technical detail and effective planning, organisational, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams, prepare executive-level reporting, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach, sound judgement, and the ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions in fast-paced and complex environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Technology or equivalent, supported by PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or SDLC. See yourself thrive! Our vision for GWW is Thriving People and Country.
