About this Opportunity The Project Manager, Digital Transformation will support the successful delivery of projects within the organization's Digital Transformation program under the guidance of the Program Manager. This role assists in planning, coordinating, and executing program and project initiatives, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, prepare reports, manage tasks, risks and issues to ensure smooth delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to gain experience in large-scale transformation initiatives. In this role you will: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects across Business application such as Customer relationship management (CRM), website, data, and infrastructure workstreams. Develop and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle, including charters, workplans, task lists, change requests, risk and issue logs, and communications. Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards summarizing progress, risks, decisions, and dependencies for leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment between workstreams, milestones and scope items. Manage smaller-scale initiatives or components of larger projects, escalating risks or roadblocks as required to the Program Manager. Assist with project governance, scheduling, budgeting, and change management activities across the transformation portfolio. Support the development of templates, tools, and best practices to improve consistency and quality in project delivery. Participate in post-implementation reviews to document lessons learned and measure success against KPls. Facilitate or contribute to cross-functional meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are clearly defined and tracked to completion. General Adheres to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices. Liaise with other departments as required. Provide general, ongoing support to members/volunteers, responding to/directing inquiries and consulting with the appropriate groups and individuals to support the mission and vision of GGC. Other duties as assigned. You are the ideal candidate if you have: Education, Designations and Certifications BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field. PMP certification is considered an asset. Prior Work Experience 1-3 years of previous project management experience. Demonstrated experience managing business or technical projects in fast-paced environment. Experience managing project budgets. Experience with Waterfall and Agile and use each method appropriately. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about building codes, regulations, and camp accreditation standards. Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, Jira or similar programs to develop Gantt charts, project workplans etc. Strong process management skills. Excellent oral and written skills in order to develop procedures, standards and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with cross-functional teams. A strong multitasker with the ability to navigate competing deadlines. A creative problem solver. Customer-focused and collaborative with colleagues from all levels and departments. Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven. A leader that keeps pushing forward. A self-starter with the ability to work independently. Benefits: What’s in it for you?
