Cyberstar, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services supporting the National Park Service (NPS) Enterprise Facility Management Software System (EFMSS). This position serves as the primary interface between Cyberstar and the Government and is responsible for overseeing contract performance, managing resources, coordinating deliverables, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution of task order requirements. The Project Manager works closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and subcontractors to ensure the continued availability, security, and modernization of EFMSS. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between Cyberstar and the Government for all contract-related activities. Manage contract performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, and day-to-day operations supporting EFMSS. Lead project planning, risk management, change management, and resource allocation activities. Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support successful project execution. Monitor project performance and provide status reporting, issue resolution, and recommendations to leadership. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, policies, security requirements, and quality standards. Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and continuity of operations activities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted. 10+ years of Project Management experience. Experience leading complex IT projects or programs supporting government customers. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Successfully pass background and drug screening Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting National Park Service or Department of the Interior programs. Experience managing operations and maintenance contracts. Experience supporting IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environments. Experience with federal IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements. Experience leading geographically dispersed or remote teams. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of project management, risk management, and system development lifecycle practices. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Knowledge of IT project management principles and best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build effective customer and stakeholder relationships. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in a collaborative environment.
