The Project Manager, Enterprise Accounts will lead the end-to-end project management process for new campaign launches, new process integrations, and partnership initiatives across our integrated agency team. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Strategic Planning, Media Buying, Creative Development, Operations, and Account Management to ensure every initiative moves smoothly from discovery through business readiness. You will work in close collaboration with Media Integration Leads and other agency department leads to drive progress at each level of operational excellence ensuring each initiative has documented requirements, expectations, measurement criteria and timelines. General Attributes Automotive experience preferred, retail media experience required Ability to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget by defining project scope, planning tasks, managing resources, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders Developing project plans Overseeing budgets and schedules Identifying and mitigating risks efficiently Documenting project requirements, processes, and expectations to ensure successful project delivery and overall business performance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and a clear communicator Proactive, independent and the ability to operate in ambiguity Duties include: Management of Traditional and Digital media go-to-market process across cross-functional teams and departments Management of Creative Production process across cross-functional teams Master coordination across PureCars and External Partnership for meeting, initiatives and enterprise client goals. Project modeling, planning and management end to end. Leadership/Mgmt: Own timelines and master scheduling for all channel and initiatives across PureCars integrated agency team Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for meeting logistics and follow-up with key stakeholders and department leads Constantly evolving and growing key stakeholder processes across information sharing, expectation setting and management of key priorities. Evaluate process end to end to identify efficiencies, dependencies and roadblocks Develop cross functional playbooks for improved ways of working.
