Project Manager, Field Operations

About the Role The Field Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading operational initiatives, processes, tools, and support functions that enable effective service delivery across the Field Operations organization. Travel requirement is less than 10% of the time. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group; ability to lead in a matrix environment and at a distance (virtually) Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group as a member of a team Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness in presenting complex information to multiple organizational levels, with strong facilitation and presentation skills 3 years minimum related work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies Track record of establishing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience in a consulting environment Familiarity with compliance (regulatory, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), etc.) and governance issues. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Pay Range $62,800.00 - $94,200.00/Yr.
