Project Manager- Insurance Repairs

As a result of an exciting growth opportunity in the company, we are seeking a Project Manager for large loss insurance to join our dynamic team. About the Role As a Project Manager at ABC Group, you will manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland and New South Wales. You will have proven project and people management skills with a track record of delivering multiple residential projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to); Coordination and delivery of complex, multi-trade projects whilst maintaining excellent customer service Liaising with our extensive sub-contractor trade base and your project team to allocate and schedule works throughout your repair portfolio Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders Managing and coordinating your project team, fostering growth and development Ensuring all work is being completed to the highest possible quality within budget and safety standard Actively celebrating the success of our team! To ensure your success you will possess the following: Highly experienced scheduling projects within the construction industry. Previous experience in project managing multi-trade construction sites. Strong leadership skills with proven ability in overseeing and directing the work of others in multiple locations. High attention to detail, with previous experience in quality control, highly regarded. Excellent communication with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Sound computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!) Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
