The project
We're looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing international insurtech reshaping how insurance is bought, sold, and distributed across global markets.
You'll manage high-impact client and internal projects across Europe, working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners. From discovery and scoping through delivery, you'll coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects stay on track in a fast-paced, international environment.
Location: Full Remote – EU
Compensation: €2,100 – €2,700/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions in insurance, telecommunications, banking, mobility, digital, or retail environments
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience managing projects end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through delivery
- Strong organizational skills, including experience with project charters, RACI matrices, risks, dependencies, and project reporting
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to have: Spanish, German, or French; PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Agile project management experience; technical development background; and experience balancing hands-on problem solving with team coordination.
