SAP Insurance Project Manager – Fully Remote We are looking for an experienced SAP Insurance Project Manager to lead strategic SAP implementation and transformation initiatives, working across business stakeholders, SAP partners, architects and technical delivery teams. Location: Fully Remote Setup: Nearshore / Offshore Start: September 2026 Duration: 4 months, with potential for extension Commitment: Full-time Daily Rate: €790–€800/day Experience: 4+ years Project Management, including 2+ years leading SAP projects Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets and timelines Establish project governance, reporting and delivery structures Manage plans, dependencies and multiple workstreams Coordinate business stakeholders across insurance functions Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions Manage SAP implementation partners and external system integrators Oversee integration with SAP Insurance solutions and reporting platforms Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and vendor performance Control project budgets, forecasts and financial performance Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria Oversee SIT, UAT, performance and cutover testing Coordinate training, communication and business-readiness activities Support change management, user adoption and benefits realisation Mandatory Requirements 4+ years of Project Management experience 2+ years leading SAP projects Experience managing €1M+ project budgets Proven experience working with external system integrators Strong experience with SAP Insurance transformations Strong stakeholder, negotiation and influencing skills Experience with executive-level communication and decision-making SAP Expertise Experience with several of the following is highly desirable: SAP Insurance / SAP FS SAP FS-PM SAP FS-CM SAP FS-CD SAP S/4HANA SAP Portal solutions SAP BW / Datasphere / SAC SAP MDG / Business Partner SAP ABAP SAP BTP SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM Additional tools: Microsoft 365 Teams SharePoint Power BI Project Online / Planner Nice to Have Experience in export credit or reinsurance Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Experience delivering complex insurance-sector transformations Languages English: Professional working proficiency Dutch or French: Nice to have If you are a SAP Project Manager with strong insurance transformation experience and are available for a fully remote assignment, we'd love to hear from you.
