About the Role In Bohler’s Red Bank, NJ office, you’ll step into a leadership role guiding projects across landscape architecture, planning, and land development. You’ll manage work from early strategy through agency approvals, coordinating with clients, internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders across the Jersey Shore. This role sits at the center of project direction, technical oversight, client partnership, staff development, and forward momentum across the entire project lifecycle.
