Project Manager Officer (Full remote - Europe) Bridge351 is a tech company focused on excellence, innovation and tailored solutions, operating across Europe in areas like Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data and Advanced Development. Project Manager Officer (PMO) Bridge351 is looking for a Project Manager Officer (PMO) r to join a strategic project for the Comisión Europea. This is a 6-month project, full remote from Europe. Tasks: Assess projects maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance. Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow up and organization of PM activities on project and portfolio level. PPMO tooling consist of PowerBI, Power Automate, JIRA and SharePoint components. Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project Management. Support the project managers to comply with IT Governance rules. Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource requirements. Provide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports. Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review the proposed actions when deviations are identified. Define and manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors. Knowledge and skills: Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, SCRUM – certification in any of these methodologies is a plus) Excellent capacity for writing clear and structured documents. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Good ability to give high level presentations and facilitate meetings. Ability to work in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions. Experience in the use of M-365 toolset including Excel is a must. Experience in the use of PowerBI, Power Automate and JIRA is must.
