About the Role You will lead a global payroll and HR transformation for an international organization in robotics, driving payroll system implementations across multiple countries and helping shape future-state processes across Payroll, Employee Life Cycle, and Time & Attendance. This is a strategic role where you stay close to execution. You will work across HR, IT, Finance, payroll vendors, and local business teams to move the program from discovery through go-live, stabilization, and handover to operations. Stakeholder management is central to success, and you will have a key role in aligning priorities, decisions, and delivery across a complex international setup. Job Description You will lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You will drive country-specific discovery workshops to assess current ways of working and define future-state solutions. You will set project scope, milestones, governance, and delivery plans, and keep progress visible through structured status reporting. You will coordinate closely with HR, IT, Finance, payroll vendors, and business stakeholders across multiple countries. You will guide payroll system implementations, integrations, and data migration activities with a strong focus on quality and continuity. You will facilitate workshops, capture business needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications. You will oversee SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, defect handling, and deployment activities. You will manage risks, issues, timelines, resources, and budgets to keep delivery on track. You will support change management, training, knowledge transfer, and the transition into operational support. You will provide clear updates and decision support to senior leadership and project sponsors. Requirements Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within Payroll, HR Transformation, or HRIS implementations Proven experience leading payroll implementation projects in managed services environments Strong hands-on experience with Workday Demonstrated experience building and managing Workday-to-Payroll integrations Solid understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and governance Experience working with global, cross-functional teams Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Fluent English, both written and spoken Nice to have Experience with Strada payroll implementations Experience supporting divestments, carve-outs, or business separation projects Experience working in complex, multinational organizations Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent What We Offer Permanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
