Project Manager, Procurement We are seeking a highly experience Project Manager, Procurement expert to drive project governance, delivery oversight, reporting excellence and process standardization across the Japan factories and implementation initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. PMO role - PMO Governance - Dashboard Management - Project & Program Management 2. Category Manager role for Compressor parts category - Team management to 2 direct reports - Build Category strategy and align with cross functional team - Business Continuity Plan - KPI management: Material productivity. Dual sourcing target, Payment term etc. Key requirement Bachelor's degree Minimally 5 years in supply chain management experience Strong understanding and background of project management Strong communication skill with cross functional team, and multi task management skill Excellent reporting, analytical and communication skills Hybrid working location is required between Tokyo and Fuji offices Business level English and Japanese is required.
