Project Manager - Product Launch (Hybrid | Buenos Aires)

As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end product launch initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery from planning through go-live and transition to business-as-usual. You will establish project governance, manage senior stakeholders, and drive complex projects in a dynamic international environment. You will Lead end-to-end product launch projects across multiple business functions. Establish project governance and ensure alignment with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including Brand, Retail, Finance, Operations, GBS, Legal, Commercial, and HR. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans. Manage project scope, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely delivery. Prepare executive status reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee updates. Support business readiness for go-live and ensure a smooth transition to BAU, including documentation and handover. Foster collaboration across international teams while driving accountability and project excellence. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects or programs, ideally within a PMO environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Experience using AI tools in project management is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including experience working with senior leadership. Strategic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
