Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Project Manager with 6 to 9 years of experience to lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of our core
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,
Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives, and broader
Business Applications.
In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our technical engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders. You will drive end-to-end delivery of complex software environments, ensuring that our technical ecosystem aligns with organizational goals and scales efficiently. Exposure to or experience with
Salesforce is a distinct plus, but not a hard requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise application projects, from initial scoping and requirement gathering through to design, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
- ERP & Systems Integration: Oversee the planning, configuration, and roll-out of ERP modules and integrations with existing internal business applications to streamline operational workflows.
- AI Solution Delivery: Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy modern, AI-enabled delivery practices, automation tools, and machine learning models into everyday business operations.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional business heads to manage expectations, define clear KPIs, and drive organizational change management to ensure high user adoption of new tools.
- Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify project dependencies, technical blockers, and budget risks. Formulate strategic countermeasures to keep timelines on track without sacrificing quality.
- Agile Governance: Facilitate standard agile/scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) tailored to mixed software implementation models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation, specifically managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- AI & Automation Exposure: Proven track record of managing projects that involve AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines.
- Methodologies: Strong mastery of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks alongside traditional Waterfall project governance.
- Tools: High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana).
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate dense technical architectures into clear, value-driven language for C-suite stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Hands-on implementation experience or structural knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations).
- Practical exposure to utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools within project delivery workflows.
Compensation and Benefits: Along with a competitive salary and pension scheme, we offer a convenient location with private parking lot, as well as close proximity to a bus stop or within biking distance to the train station. You can look forward to catered lunch in the company canteen, breakfast on Thursdays, friendly and talented colleagues, and continuous learning opportunities.
