Join Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, as a Project Manager, Respiratory (f/m/d) in Estenfeld, and play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical trial solutions that accelerate the development of life-changing therapies. In this role, you will directly contribute to the successful execution of global studies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional service to our clients—making a real difference in patient outcomes worldwide. What you'll be doing Lead full lifecycle study management, including planning and setup, monitoring, and closeout activities Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable plans for internal teams Create and maintain key study documentation and ensure accurate archiving Coordinate the distribution and tracking of study equipment Prepare and deliver status reports and updates to stakeholders Set clear customer expectations and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded Monitor study timelines and proactively manage milestones to ensure on-time delivery Oversee financial aspects of studies, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation Identify risks early, define mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when needed Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient use of resources and smooth communication Manage client relationships by addressing questions, resolving escalations, and tracking issues through to completion Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation visits, and client presentations when required Support business development activities by presenting operational capabilities and data flows to clients Contribute to onboarding and mentoring of new project management team members What we look for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field 1–4 years of project management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or related industry Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders in English Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues Financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and forecasts Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% and hold a valid passport At Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
