Project Manager - Restoration Services

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration jobs from first inspection through final walkthrough. What You'll Do Manage water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects from inspection through completion. Scope losses, document damage, and build accurate estimates (Xactimate). Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers — explaining next steps and honest timelines. Handle insurance documentation and claim coordination on the client's behalf. Ensure work meets IICRC standards, safety requirements, and Blackridge's quality expectations. Monitor job costs, margins, and progress; resolve issues in the field before they escalate. What You Bring Prior restoration industry experience is required — hands-on knowledge of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction workflows. Proven project management experience running multiple restoration jobs simultaneously. Proficiency in Xactimate and strong estimating/documentation skills. Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and adjuster relationships. IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills; calm under pressure. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency response. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
