Project Manager (Service Transition)

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the Synergy Programme, contributing to projects of high complexity, leading programmes and projects of high complexity with minimal guidance and supervision. You will act as a project management exemplar; and to be recognised within SSCL and by the client as a project management expert and trusted adviser, supporting the development of the PPM Practice by sharing and promoting project management expertise and best practice with others. Effectively engaging the client, subcontractors, third parties and project stakeholders throughout the duration of each project, developing positive, enduring relationships. Actively engaged in contract negotiation and contract management, and takes accountability for identifying and mitigating reputational. and commercial risk. Influencing, organizing and directing project teams, setting and communicating clear goals and establishing priorities. You will build project plans aligned to the over programme, ensuring the project budget is managed comprehensively throughout. You will manage RAID logs closely, ensuring actions, mitigations and dependencies are diligently controlled.
