Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager, the Project Manager keeps the firm's highest-impact, firm-wide initiatives moving — think billing or ERP system integrations, HRIS rollouts, or firm-wide changes to how we store and manage documents. You get the right people in the room, turn ambiguity into clear tasks and owners, track what's due, and hold internal teams and vendors to their commitments. You're a shared delivery resource across the team's largest projects — freeing senior leaders from the day-to-day so they can spend their time on strategic thinking, socializing ideas, and the deep thought that connects a project back to firm strategy. You'll also be part of the team building out the AI-enabled tools — trackers, status reporting, meeting summaries — that keep our projects visible and moving fast. Key Responsibilities Turn Ambiguity Into a Plan: break down complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives into clear tasks, owners, and dates — the fundamentals of running a project well. Hold People to Their Word: keep internal teams and third-party vendors accountable to their commitments, and flag risk before it becomes a problem. Make the Work Visible: what you're working on, what was discussed, and what's being thought through lives somewhere everyone can see it — not in your head or a private notebook. Harness Healthy Tension: call out a broken process or an off-track plan immediately, no matter who owns it, and push back when something doesn't add up rather than just reporting the number. We want a partner who thinks with us, not a status light that only says on-track or off-track. Optimize for Flow: ruthlessly remove the dependencies and blockers that stall delivery, keeping projects moving at pace without sacrificing rigor. Convene the Right People: bring together the fewest, most empowered people for any conversation. Every meeting you run has an owner, a clear outcome, and ends in a decision — not another meeting. Work AI-Native: generative and embedded AI capabilities are just how you work — drafting trackers, summarizing meetings, and spotting risk earlier so more of your time goes to the people side of delivery. Your default is to ask whether AI can do the first pass before you do it manually. Help Embed the Six-Week Rhythm: embed every project — big transformation or small enhancement — into our six-week planning, doing, and showcasing cadence across all seven strategic workstreams, syncing regularly with workstream leads on where to help Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 2–4 years building plans, sequencing work, and tracking delivery Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or management preferred, or equivalent demonstrable practical experience. Hands-on experience with Monday, Jira, or similar project-tracking tools. Genuinely comfortable using generative and embedded AI tools to speed up reporting and tracking — not just aware of them. Exposure to varied delivery approaches — traditional PM, agile, ShapeUp/Basecamp-style cycles — is a welcome variation; we care more that you can flex than that you're wedded to one framework. You want real autonomy over your piece of the machine, not just a checklist to work through — and you're comfortable holding someone accountable without needing formal authority to do it.
