About the Rol

eWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong telecom background and experience in customer delivery and software development projects

.We seek individuals with strong “PM DNA” who take ownership and accountability, work independently with minimal supervision, and can confidently represent in front of customers and stakeholders

.The Project Manager will lead medium to large and/or complex projects, ensuring delivery within agreed cost, scope, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSSQ) objectives. The role involves working closely with customers, engineers, technical managers, architects, R&D, and cross-functional teams

.Key Responsibilitie

• sManage end-to-end customer projects and programs, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery
• .Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate engineering, R&D, architecture, testing, and customer activities
• .Track project costs, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, KPIs, and overall project performance
• .Manage project scope, schedule, quality, change, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
• .Act as the primary customer interface and single point of escalation for project-related issues
• .Prepare project status reports, presentations, communication plans, and executive updates
• .Coordinate testing activities across non-production and production environments
• .Manage software releases, Maintenance Windows, and related documentation
• .Ensure effective handover from Sell to Execute and Delivery to Care, as well as project closure
• .Support pre-sales activities, including Engineering Services costing, SOWs, business case reviews, roadmap planning, and new opportunities
• .Identify opportunities to expand and renew customer engagements

.Technical & Domain Experienc

eExperience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas is preferred

• :Telecom, Packet Core, 4G/5G, and Cloud technologie
• sVNF concepts, Cloud migration, and AWS deployment
• sIMS/SDL concepts and architectur
• eCore network technologies such as AMF, MME, SMSF, CMM, CFX5000, and AA
• AMessaging platforms such as MMSC, SMS-GW, and MS
• ASoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software testin
• gBusiness applications, Big Data, AI/ML, or LwM2M/Io
• TJira and Confluenc

eProjects may include greenfield deployments, network expansion, migration, virtualization, upgrades, software releases, and Care activities

.Qualifications & Experienc

• eBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, Business, or a related field
• .Typically 5–8 years of relevant project/program management experience, preferably in telecom, software, IT, or technology
• .Proven experience managing customer-facing and/or software development projects
• .Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, resource management, financial tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• .Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project and PowerPoint
• .Strong customer-facing, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• .Ability to work independently and manage complex, changing environments
• .PMP certification is a plus
• .Strong preference for experience in 5G and Cloud deployments
