About the Role In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across Telstra's critical network facilities portfolio, working closely with stakeholders to support asset performance, reliability and operational outcomes. Additionally, you'll: Engaging with the InfraCo Facility Manager team to deliver corrective works to agreed scope and maintain network resiliency. Identify, engage and manage appropriate subcontractors to deliver project outcomes. Deliver projects safely and in line with agreed customer requirements. Establish strong relationships with the InfraCo Facility Manager team and provide technical advice to support the delivery of the most appropriate solutions. Oversee project scheduling and ensure client systems are updated to reflect current works status, including the P1 Issues Register. Ensure network risks are effectively managed and continue building a capable subcontractor network to support project delivery. To be successful, you’ll need: Proven experience delivering complex projects within telecommunications, facilities, utilities, critical infrastructure or similar environments. Degree qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Power Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with customers, contractors and subcontractors. Demonstrated commercial, contract and financial management capability. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and project delivery frameworks. Experience delivering high risk or design and construct projects, with a strong focus on safety.
