Project Manager - TikTok Shop

A fast-growing TikTok Shop agency that helps brands scale through creator content, affiliates, and paid media is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

They work with a varied client base ranging from emerging eCommerce brands to established household names, helping them drive growth through TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate programmes, and social commerce strategies.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client campaigns across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with account managers, affiliate teams, creators, paid media specialists, and clients to keep campaigns running smoothly and deliver exceptional results.

This role is fully home-based

The role

• Manage multiple client projects and campaigns across TikTok Shop
• Coordinate internal teams including affiliate, creator, content, paid media, and account management
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules
• Act as the central point of contact for project-related communications
• Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and to client expectations
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, creator activations, and product launches
• Facilitate internal and external meetings
• Monitor resource allocation and workload across teams
• Prepare client updates, project reports, and status summaries
• Support the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Ensure all projects are delivered in line with agency standards and objectives

The requirements

• Proven project management experience within an agency, eCommerce, social media, or digital marketing environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep projects moving forward
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Ability to identify risks and proactively solve problems
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
• An understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
