Manage project diligence in support of M&A and financing transactions engagements. Manage general project administration, including action item tracking, document management, and stakeholder reporting requirements. Support the development of Euclid’s platform by being a power user and providing design and process feedback. Support and take ownership over the design and architecture of new products and tools to serve renewable energy project developers and investors through Euclid’s platform. Learn from a world-class team of renewables experts and gain broad exposure to all aspects of renewable energy development, diligence, execution, and finance. Help establish a higher industry standard for project quality and speed, through development and application of Euclid’s platform and process standardization efforts. Play an active role in building a rapidly-growing team and company. Your actual offer may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and internal benchmarks.
