BANKING - Project Manager/Business Analyst (Mid/Senior) – German or French We are partnering with a client to build key structures supporting upcoming opportunities while expanding our Financial Services Practice. We are looking for experienced professionals to support strategic transformation initiatives for leading banking and financial services organizations across Europe. We are seeking Mid-Level and Senior Consultants, Business Analysts, PMO Specialists, and Project Managers who combine banking industry expertise with strong project delivery, business analysis, and stakeholder management capabilities. You will work on large-scale transformation programs, regulatory initiatives, digitalization projects, process optimization efforts, and system implementation programs within the banking sector. Requirements: Mid-Level Profile 3–5 years of experience within banking, financial services, or consulting firms serving banking clients. Experience in one or more of the following roles: Business Analyst PMO Specialist Consultant Project Coordinator Junior Project Manager Experience supporting transformation, change-the-bank, run-the-bank, process improvement, or system implementation initiatives. Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process documentation, and stakeholder management. Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Senior Profile 6+ years of experience within banking, financial services, or consulting firms serving banking clients. Proven track record in leading transformation, regulatory, digitalization, migration, integration, or operating model change programs. Experience managing workstreams, projects, PMO functions, or consulting engagements. Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership and Steering Committees. Extensive experience preparing business cases, recommendations, governance materials, executive reporting, and delivery roadmaps. Ability to independently lead initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Banking Domain Expertise Knowledge of one or more of the following areas is highly valued: Core Banking Lending Client Onboarding Client Lifecycle Management Payments Treasury Regulatory Reporting AML / KYC Risk Management Banking Operations Private Banking Wealth Management Capital Markets Project Management & Delivery Experience with project planning and scheduling.
