We’re looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager at the Junior / Associate level to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with cross-functional teams, managing priorities, and ensuring projects stay on track in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion
• Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities
• Coordinate tasks and activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Track project progress, deadlines, budgets, and key performance indicators
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and support appropriate mitigation plans
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, schedules, and project plans
• Communicate project updates and progress to project managers, stakeholders, and team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and workflows

✅ Requirements

• Junior / Associate-level candidates are welcome to apply
• 0–3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, business analysis, or a related field; internships included
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on project deliverables
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Based in Germany with legal authorization to work full-time
• Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
